Flawless Paws Pet Grooming

Flawless Paws is a small-dog grooming and spa studio at 234 William Street in Potts Point, on the edge of Kings Cross. It is run by Imogen, who moved to Australia from the UK in 2012, started out in pet care, and went on to qualify professionally as a groomer. Rather than a busy salon, the work happens in a calm home environment where one pet is looked after at a time.

The whole approach is built around individual attention. Grooming is by appointment only, so each dog gets unhurried, one-on-one care from the same person start to finish, with no cages involved. That setup suits anxious puppies, senior dogs, and pets that do not settle well around other animals, while still welcoming the most sociable ones. Imogen is trained in animal CPR and canine behaviour, is licensed and fully insured, and uses natural, organic and gentle products throughout. Every groom finishes with a bow and a spritz of cologne.
