Alphapet Mornington (Previous Manicured Muttz)

Alphapet Mornington is a dog and cat grooming salon on Milgate Drive in Mornington, part of the Alphapet group that runs salons across greater Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. The salon handles everything from a freshen-up bath through to a full breed-tailored clip, with the work scaled to each pet's coat rather than a one-size-fits-all trim.

The grooming menu runs across four levels for dogs: a Premium Bath with conditioning, blow-dry and brush-out, nail trim and ear clean; a Tidy Up that adds a maintenance trim around the face and tail; a Full Groom with a body clip and scissor finish shaped to the breed; and a Specialist Hand Scissoring option for a master-level, fully hand-finished result. The team works regularly with poodles, bichon frises, shih tzus, maltese and the doodle breeds such as cavoodles, groodles, spoodles and labradoodles, where coat management and scissor work matter most. Cats are catered for too, with a bath package and a full clip-and-scissor groom.
