Barkers grooming daycare

Barkers Grooming & Daycare is a dog grooming salon and daycare on Sherwood Road in Sherwood, in Brisbane's leafy western suburbs. It pairs a full grooming service with structured daytime care, so a dog can be washed, clipped and styled or simply spend the day at play.

The grooming side runs from a tidy-up through to full and style grooms, with deshedding for both short and long coats and a roster of add-ons such as de-matting, nail trims, poodle feet, face trims and teeth brushing. There is a clear spa bent too, with a Japanese mud treatment and a Nagayu CO2 spa offered as a top-up on any groom. Pricing is organised by a dog's weight, and the salon is comfortable with the small companion breeds common to the area alongside larger coated dogs, from Cavoodles, Maltese and Shih Tzus through to Spoodles, Groodles, Standard Poodles and Golden Retrievers.
