The salon centres its work on keeping dogs calm and comfortable, leaning on positive reinforcement and calming techniques rather than rushing a groom, and putting each dog's health and safety ahead of the clock.

The team works across a clear set of services, from full grooms and bath-and-tidy maintenance to hydrobaths and de-shedding blow-outs for double-coated dogs. Breeds that need regular clipping sit at the heart of the work, with Cavoodles, Maltese, Schnauzers and Poodles named directly, alongside de-shedding for Samoyeds and Spitz and straightforward baths for short-coated dogs like Staffies, Labradors and Bulldogs. Anxious dogs, senior dogs and first-time puppies are all catered for, with a dedicated puppy introduction that starts with a free meet and greet for pups aged twelve weeks to four months.
