Its remit is broad: dogs and cats, large and small, from a straightforward wash and trim through to a complete makeover, alongside doggy day care, boarding and training under one roof.
The team works as Master Groomers, grooming stylists and what the salon calls pet grooming furologists, with attention split between breed-appropriate styling and the health of a pet's coat and skin. Master Groomers carry a minimum of five years' experience, and the salon is comfortable with long-haired breeds, cats handled with patience, and animals that need extra care, including aged, deaf, blind, arthritic or diabetic dogs. Owners do not stay during the groom for insurance reasons, though a tour of the salon beforehand is welcome, and an SMS goes out once a pet is ready.
