Jim's Dog Wash Golden Square

Jim's Dog Wash Golden Square is the local arm of the national Jim's Dog Wash network, serving the Golden Square pocket of Greater Bendigo. Rather than running a fixed salon, the service is fully mobile: a groomer arrives at the home in an equipped trailer and works on the dog in the driveway, so pets are washed and groomed in familiar surroundings.

The centrepiece is the warm freshwater hydrobath, where shampoo and conditioner are worked deep into the coat before a full blow dry, a secondary brush-out to clear loose fur and tangles, a nail trim, and a finishing cologne. Dogs head off with a treat at the end. Alongside the wash, the local groomer handles clipping and styling work, from breed-specific cuts to lighter summer clips, longer winter clips, and hygiene tidy-ups, plus gentle detangling and flea and tick treatment using pet-safe products.
