About MOFFY & CO
MOFFY & CO is an independent dog grooming salon on Fairfield Road in Yeronga, just south of Brisbane's city centre. The name comes from the founder's family pet, Nala, whose nickname "Moffy" draws on the Japanese phrase "mofu mofu", meaning fluffy, while the "Co" stands for owner Maiko and her family.
Maiko trained as a dog groomer in Japan, holds a two-year grooming diploma, and has been grooming professionally in Australia for more than five years. The salon's work is built around a gentle, detail-focused approach, with the aim of having every dog leave looking and feeling its best, whether that means a light tidy-up or a full makeover.
