Grooming is handled by trained stylists who greet each dog with pats and run through the treatment with the owner before taking the dog through to a well-equipped, air-conditioned grooming room. The salon is built around regular maintenance grooming, with everything from a quick bath and towel dry through to full breed-style clips, deshedding for double and long coats, and add-ons like nail clipping, filing and ear cleaning. Pricing is set by dog size, from small dogs up to giant breeds over fifty kilograms, so larger and heavy-coated dogs are catered for as readily as little ones. The drop-off rhythm is simple: leave the dog, run errands or grab a coffee, and collect them clipped and clean.

Grooming runs Tuesday to Saturday, with the convenience of a vet and self-service wash on the same site.
