Founder Rae Wong came to grooming after a career in hotel management, training internationally in Hong Kong to develop her own styling approach, and the salon reflects that hospitality background: the focus is on caring, gentle work and a calm, relaxed experience for both pets and their people.
The defining feature here is a cage-free, one-dog-at-a-time model, so each pet gets undivided attention rather than waiting in a crate between stages. Grooming runs from tidy-ups and full clips through to Asian Fusion winter clips, traditional and trendy styles, and full hand-scissoring for owners who want a more tailored finish. Cats are catered for too, with hygiene clips and full grooms, and the salon offers spa treatments, a boutique stocking products and treats, and indoor and outdoor daycare.
