Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Services include a full groom (short cut or long and styled, with a Schnauzer clip option), a bath and brush out for double-coated dogs that de-sheds the undercoat, a bath and tidy for medium to long-haired dogs, a bath and blow dry for short-coated breeds, and a first ever groom for puppies. Ears, nails and essential areas are tidied as part of the relevant services.
Do they groom puppies?
Yes. There is a dedicated Babies First Groom for puppies, and first-time puppies should book their first ever groom before six months of age.
What dog sizes are accepted?
Dogs are grouped as small (up to 9kg), medium (10 to 17kg) and large (18kg and over), with a maximum weight of 25kg.
How are anxious or difficult dogs handled?
The one-on-one, single-client format is designed to ease anxiety, and senior dogs are given priority on comfort over appearance. Dogs that are very hard to groom due to behaviour may incur an extra fee, and for extremely resistant cases medication is recommended.
Are there any requirements before booking?
Flea treatment is required before an appointment. A maximum of 15 minutes lateness is tolerated before a deposit is forfeited, and 24 hours notice is needed to cancel and keep a deposit. Dogs from puppy mills or backyard breeders will not be groomed.
