Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

New clients are not accepted for dogs aged 14 and over, cats 15 and over, rabbits 6 and over, or guinea pigs 5 and over, and a handling fee applies for dogs 13+ and cats 14+.
Do you groom cats, and how long does it take?
Yes. The team has extensive feline-specific training to handle scratching, biting and resistance, and cat grooming requires a minimum of three hours of scheduling.
My pet has allergies or sensitive skin - can it still be groomed?
