XMMO Cat Hotel & Spa is a cat-only grooming salon and boutique boarding facility on Cranwell Street in Braybrook, in Melbourne's inner west. The salon works exclusively with cats, building its whole approach around feline comfort rather than speed or style.

Grooming is led by Ben Kim, a certified master cat groomer, and follows a fear-free method built on reading feline body language and working at each cat's pace. Sedation is never used, and if a cat shows fear, stress, or refusal the session is stopped rather than pushed through. That patience makes the salon a natural fit for nervous, sensitive, or long-haired cats whose owners want grooming handled calmly. The service menu covers gentle wash and dry, nail clipping, deshedding, teeth cleaning, belly tidy-ups, and full styling including lion cuts and teddy bear cuts, with full wash-and-cut packages adding eye and ear cleaning and a premium double shampoo.

Appointments run seven days a week, and tools are cleaned and disinfected with F10 between every cat. For owners who put their cat's wellbeing first, it is a considered, unhurried option.
