Do you sedate cats for grooming?
No. Cat grooming is completed without sedation, and sessions usually take place with the owner present to help keep the cat calm. A cat groom takes roughly 30 minutes and is by appointment only.
What does a dog bath include?
The bath service includes a nail cut, a shave between the pads and on the tummy, an ear clean, a trim around the eyes, and a wash and blow dry. Face, feet and tail trimming or a full haircut in a preferred style can be added on.
What happens if my pet's coat is matted?
Knots are brushed out only if they are safely brushable, and an extra charge may apply. Any matting that cannot be brushed out is clipped short for the pet's safety.
